As we move to Open Banking and the availability of APIs, banks are looking to make services available so that FinTechs can leverage the banks' products and data, with the banks then making these new solutions available to their clients. The banks see their client bases as attractive to the FinTechs and will give them control over the digital offering. This session aims to answer the questions: What if the customers adopt the FinTech’s solutions as the center of their financial universe and the aggregation of a number of banks' products? Where will this leave the banks' digital strategies and relationships with their customers?
